Addressing the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — to foster lasting recovery and personal clarity.
A Science-Backed Path to Inner Peace
Stefan believes that true healing only happens when we look at the entire picture of a person’s life. With a background in Biology and Psychology and a Master’s from New York University, Stefan integrates the latest in neurobiology with a deep respect for the human spirit. Having led programs in outpatient detox settings, he brings specialized expertise to those battling addiction, depression, and social anxiety, providing a judgment-free environment where clients feel safe to explore their most difficult challenges.
Stefan’s approach is a collaborative "teamwork" model. He looks beyond the symptoms to examine how sleep, nutrition, work, and environment impact the brain’s ability to heal. By blending the practical skills of DBT and CBT with Narrative and Existential models, he helps clients identify their true inner voice and motivations. Stefan’s goal is to help you rewire your habits and your mindset, moving toward a life of wellness and purpose.
Concentrated Training:
Addiction & Recovery Support: Utilizing his experience in detox coordination to support adults through the stages of sobriety and relapse prevention.
The Bio-Psycho-Social Lens: Analyzing how biology (nutrition, sleep, genetics) and environment (work, family) intersect to affect mental health.
Neuro-Informed Emotional Regulation: Using DBT and mindfulness to help clients manage anxiety and "re-wire" the brain's stress response.
Narrative & Existential Growth: Helping clients "re-author" their life stories and find profound meaning in their journey toward wellness.
