Culturally Sensitive Care for Personal Transformation
Patricia believes that the catalyst for change is a therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect and empowerment. With both her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Montclair State University, Patricia has developed a deep clinical focus on women’s empowerment and cultural sensitivity. She specializes in helping individuals, adolescents, and couples navigate the intricacies of identity development, relationship conflict, and trauma, providing a safe haven where clients feel truly heard as they explore their unique strengths.
Patricia’s approach is a vibrant blend of the reflective and the proactive. By integrating Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she helps clients challenge self-limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering narratives. She also incorporates expressive arts and mindfulness to ensure the therapeutic experience is personalized and creative, helping clients of all backgrounds move toward greater mental wellness.
