Empowering clients to rebuild their lives through compassionate, evidence-based recovery support.

Guiding Recovery with Experience and Compassion

Nancy believes that healing from addiction and mental health challenges requires a safe, collaborative partnership. With over 10 years of experience and a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University, Nancy specializes in the complex intersection of Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders. Her extensive background—ranging from withdrawal management to community-based family work—allows her to guide clients through every stage of the recovery journey with empathy and clinical precision.

Nancy’s approach is deeply personalized, focusing on the "whole person" rather than just a diagnosis. By utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, she helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma while strengthening their self-esteem. Whether you are in the early stages of recovery or navigating a difficult life transition, Nancy provides the supportive environment needed to foster resilience and achieve your goals.

Clinical Focus:

  • Comprehensive Recovery Support: Specialized guidance for substance use, withdrawal management, and long-term sobriety.

  • Dual-Diagnosis Care: Concurrent treatment for anxiety, depression, and trauma alongside recovery.

  • Family-Centered Services: Leveraging her background in Family and Child Studies to support the family unit through the recovery process.

  • Life Transitions & Self-Esteem: Empowering adults to navigate major shifts and rebuild a positive self-image.
