A creative, inclusive, and affirming space for every child and family to express their truth and thrive.

Advocacy-Informed Care for Modern Families

Dina believes that every individual’s path to growth is unique and deserves a space that honors their specific identity and needs. With a Master’s from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a specialized background in Social Justice Advocacy, Dina provides a deeply affirming environment for children, adolescents, and young adults. She specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of school-related challenges, behavioral concerns, and emotional regulation with dignity and respect.

Dina’s approach is both integrative and collaborative. By blending the structure of CBT and DBT with the expressive power of Art Therapy, she allows clients to communicate their experiences in ways that go beyond traditional talk therapy. Dina works closely with both the individual and the family unit, ensuring that progress is supported by positive changes in the client’s home and school environments.

Concentrated Training:

  • Art Therapy & Creative Expression: Utilizing creative modalities to help children and teens process emotions they may find difficult to verbalize.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills: Teaching practical tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.

  • Social Justice & Identity Advocacy: Providing an inclusive space for young adults and families to explore identity and navigate systemic challenges.
