Navigating the beauty and pain of life through deeper self-awareness and stronger emotional connection.

A Personalized Path to Clarity

Jack believes that because every life story is unique, every path to healing must be as well. With a Master’s from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a background in Psychology and Anthropology, Jack brings a broad, thoughtful perspective to the therapeutic process. He specializes in helping adults, couples, and adolescents navigate the complexities of trauma, eating disorders, and ADHD. Jack avoids "one-size-fits-all" solutions, instead partnering with his clients to build the insight and practical tools needed to face life’s challenges with greater effectiveness and ease.

Jack’s approach is driven by curiosity and centered on deepening awareness. By utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), he helps individuals and couples decode their emotional experiences and identify the relational patterns that keep them feeling stuck. In Jack’s sessions, therapy is a collaborative learning process where multiple perspectives are explored until a clear sense of direction and healing begins to take shape.

Concentrated Training:

  • Relational Health & EFT: Helping couples and individuals understand their emotional needs and break through negative cycles of interaction.

  • Trauma & Mood Disorders: Providing a safe, person-centered space to process difficult experiences and manage emotional fluctuations.

  • Eating Disorders & Body Image: Supporting clients in developing a more self-aware and effective relationship with themselves.

  • Adult & Adolescent ADHD: Building practical tools and self-awareness to promote better functioning in daily life and relationships.
