A creative, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to navigating life’s most pivotal moments.

Empowering You Through Change

Brittany understands that while starting therapy can feel intimidating, it is the first step toward reclaiming your agency. With a Master’s from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a background in both psychology and the arts, Brittany offers a personalized therapeutic experience that honors your unique "lived experience." She specializes in helping adults and couples navigate the complexities of life transitions, anxiety, and relationship challenges, ensuring that every session feels safe, respectful, and effective.

Brittany’s approach is active and integrative. By combining the cognitive tools of CBT with the mindfulness and values-based action of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she helps you move beyond feeling "stuck." Whether you are struggling with self-esteem, managing substance use recovery, or seeking to deepen your connection with a partner, Brittany provides the supportive environment needed to foster meaningful, lasting change.

Concentrated Training:

  • Navigating Life Transitions: Support for the major shifts of adulthood—from career changes and graduation to evolving personal identities.

  • ACT & Mindfulness: Utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients align their daily actions with their deepest values.

  • Couples & Communication: Helping partners break through cycles of misunderstanding to build a foundation of mutual respect.

  • Creative & Professional Identity: Leveraging her background in Theatre to help individuals explore self-expression and overcome performance-related anxiety or "imposter syndrome."
