As a provider, Brittany takes an evidence-based approach, integrating person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Her work is tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences, allowing therapy to feel both personalized and effective.
