Caitlin Ford, LAC, NCC
Caitlin is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Ramapo College. She provides individual counseling for clients of all ages, meeting each person with empathy and understanding.
Caitlin takes a collaborative approach to therapy. She prioritizes providing a safe space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward positive change. She has a variety of clinical experiences, including working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family dysfunction, and addiction.
Using evidence-based approaches, such as person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing, Caitlin tailors her work to each individual’s needs, supporting clients as they navigate their unique journeys toward healing and growth.
