A compassionate space to navigate your unique journey toward healing and growth.

Empathy and Understanding Across the Life-Span

Caitlin believes that the foundation of meaningful change is a therapeutic relationship built on safety and mutual respect. With a Master’s from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a background in Spanish and Psychology, Caitlin offers a culturally responsive environment where clients of all ages — from children to seniors — can feel comfortable being their authentic selves. She specializes in supporting individuals through the complexities of grief, trauma, and family dysfunction, providing a steady hand through life’s most difficult chapters.

Caitlin’s approach is active and collaborative. By integrating the structured tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with the goal-oriented techniques of Motivational Interviewing, she helps clients navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, and addiction. Caitlin tailors her evidence-based work to your specific needs, empowering you to move from feeling overwhelmed to achieving positive, sustainable change.

Concentrated Training:

  • Addiction & Recovery Support: Utilizing Motivational Interviewing to help clients build the internal drive for lasting recovery.

  • Grief, Loss, & Trauma: A safe, empathic space to process complicated loss and the effects of family dysfunction.

  • Anxiety & Depression Across Ages: Evidence-based interventions tailored to the developmental needs of children, adolescents, and adults.

  • Family Dysfunction & Relational Healing: Supporting clients in understanding painful family dynamics, strengthening boundaries, and building healthier patterns in relationships.
