With a Master’s from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a background in Spanish and Psychology, Caitlin offers a culturally responsive environment where clients of all ages — from children to seniors — can feel comfortable being their authentic selves. She specializes in supporting individuals through the complexities of grief, trauma, and family dysfunction, providing a steady hand through life’s most difficult chapters.

By integrating the structured tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with the goal-oriented techniques of Motivational Interviewing, she helps clients navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, and addiction.
