Brad believes that meaningful progress begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. He takes a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences openly. His work is skills-focused and reflective, helping clients better understand their thoughts and emotions while developing practical tools to navigate academic, social, and personal challenges.

With extensive experience supporting adolescents and young adults in school-based settings, Brad understands the unique pressures related to identity development, expectations, and transitions. He is especially attuned to working with student-athletes and individuals striving to balance performance, confidence, and well-being. Drawing from his background in counseling and coaching, Brad helps clients build resilience, self-awareness, and confidence both on and off the field.
