Helping children and families bridge the gap between who they are and who they want to become.

A Holistic View of Growth

Tiffany believes that to truly support a child, we must understand the "whole individual" and the various systems — family, school, and social circles — that influence their worldview. With a Master’s from Capella University and a foundation in Social Work and Behavioral Sciences, Tiffany specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She focuses on creating an environment where therapy is something her young clients actually look forward to — a space where they can have fun while exploring their deepest feelings and challenges.

Tiffany’s approach is deeply collaborative, recognizing that parents need an outlet and a voice in the therapeutic process as well. By integrating Family Therapy with Art, Creative, and Play-based techniques, she helps families improve their relationships and communication. Whether utilizing CBT to manage anxiety or Mindfulness to improve emotional regulation, Tiffany ensures that every intervention is tailored to the unique personality of the child and the needs of the family unit.

Concentrated Training:

  • Child & Adolescent Empowerment: Creating a "fun yet functional" therapeutic space where kids feel safe to be themselves and explore growth.

  • Family Systems & Parent Collaboration: Partnering with caregivers to ensure the home environment supports the child’s progress and family unity.

  • Creative & Play-Informed Therapy: Using art and creative expression to help children communicate what they may not yet have the words for.

  • Social-Behavioral Growth: Addressing how school, friendships, and external systems impact a young person’s mental health and self-image.
