Sarah believes that every family has the inherent strength to overcome even the most daunting obstacles. With over a decade of experience within the NJ Children’s System of Care, Sarah is a seasoned expert in supporting youth and families through high-stakes challenges, including suicidal ideation, PTSD, and complex trauma. Her background in Criminology and Social Work allows her to look beyond surface-level symptoms to understand the systemic patterns that influence behavior and emotional health.
Sarah provides a warm, nonjudgmental sanctuary for individuals and families to explore their dynamics and improve communication. By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Psychodynamic and Solution-Focused techniques, she helps clients gain the self-confidence needed to break negative cycles and achieve lasting personal growth.
