Specialized Care for Complex Life Chapters
Carly believes that the stories we tell about ourselves have the power to heal. With a Master’s from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a background in Psychology and Creative Writing, Carly offers a unique, Narrative-based approach to therapy. She specializes in supporting adults navigating the "overlooked" challenges of life, including chronic health issues, aging-related transitions, and grief. Her work is deeply informed by her personal connection to health struggles, allowing her to walk alongside her clients with genuine empathy and insight.
Carly’s approach is warm, eclectic, and autonomy-focused. By integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with Narrative Therapy, she helps clients find meaning in their experiences while building practical CBT tools to manage anxiety, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive behaviors. Whether you are an older adult seeking to process life’s transitions or an individual managing a chronic diagnosis, Carly provides a dedicated space to clarify your goals and move toward your best self.
