Strengthening the bond between child, family, and school through evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Targeted Support for Growing Families
Sara believes that a child’s success is a collaborative effort between the individual, the family, and the educational system. With a Master’s in School Counseling and specialized clinical training in Childhood Behavior Modification, Sara helps families navigate the hurdles of ADHD, emotional regulation, and social adjustment. She is particularly skilled in Family Systems Integration, helping separated families re-establish healthy bonds and improving the overall "social-emotional" health of the household.
Sara’s approach is active and integrative. She combines Cognitive Behavioral Modification with a deep, person-centered connection to help children and adolescents build self-esteem and master social skills. By providing Parenting Psychoeducation, she ensures that parents have the tools they need to support their child’s growth long after the session ends.
Clinical Focus:
Childhood Behavior Modification: Practical strategies for managing ADHD, impulsivity, and emotional outbursts.
School-Related Advocacy: Leveraging her NJ School Counseling Certification to bridge the gap between clinical needs and classroom success.
Family Reunification & Bonding: Specialized support for separated families and those looking to integrate family systems.
Social Skills & Peer Relationships: Helping adolescents navigate the complexities of social anxiety and peer group dynamics.
