Moving through the shadows of life to find serenity.
A Compassionate Path Toward Healing and Secure Connection
Samantha believes the places within us that hold old grief, protective walls, abandoned hopes, and patterns shaped by love and loss are not signs of brokenness, but invitations for healing. She creates an accepting and compassionate space where individuals, couples, and families can safely explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped them. Grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care, Samantha approaches anxiety, self-doubt, trauma responses, and relationship struggles with curiosity rather than judgment. Her work helps clients understand the protective purpose behind these patterns while building greater emotional awareness, self-compassion, and a more secure connection with themselves and others.
Samantha brings a particular interest in relationships, attachment, and the many ways people create meaningful connection. Her graduate research explored consensual non-monogamy, attachment styles, and adverse childhood experiences, strengthening her belief that healthy relationships are defined not by their structure, but by trust, emotional safety, authentic communication, and secure connection. Whether clients are navigating attachment injuries, relationship agreements, jealousy, grief, trauma, life transitions, or multiple-partner dynamics, Samantha offers a welcoming space where relationships can be explored openly and without judgment. Through this process, she helps clients uncover what has remained hidden, strengthen self-leadership, and move toward more authentic and fulfilling relationships.
