Navigating the complexities of identity, connection, and meaning through a global and inclusive lens.

Honoring Your Unique Story

Philippa believes that every individual and couple possesses an inherent resilience that can be uncovered through collaborative exploration. With a rich academic history including a Master’s in Counseling and a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology from the UK, Philippa brings a unique, global perspective to her clinical work. She specializes in creating a safe, affirming space for neurodiverse teens and adults, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, and depression by blending the practical structure of DBT with the profound depth of existential reflection.

Philippa’s approach is particularly attuned to the "intercultural" nature of relationships. She views every couple as a meeting of two different worlds and helps partners navigate their unique backgrounds and values with curiosity and respect. By integrating Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), she supports couples and individuals in building stronger emotional bonds and finding a clear sense of direction even amidst life’s greatest challenges.

Concentrated Training:

  • Intercultural Couples Therapy: Helping partners navigate differences in background, communication styles, and values with an inclusive, curiosity-driven approach.

  • Neuro-Affirming Support: Providing a safe and specialized environment for neurodiverse individuals to thrive and build confidence.

  • Existential & Meaning-Making: Supporting clients in exploring "big picture" questions of purpose and identity during life transitions.

  • DBT Skills & Emotional Exploration: Balancing the development of practical coping strategies with deep, emotion-focused healing.
