Moving from burnout to balance through a grounded, integrative approach to mental wellness.
Empowering Lasting Change Through Insight and Support
Lisa believes that everyone possesses the internal strengths necessary to navigate life’s most difficult seasons. With a Master’s from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a unique foundation in Forensic Psychology and Criminal Justice, Lisa brings a steady, perceptive presence to the therapeutic process. She specializes in supporting clients through the "heavy" experiences of burnout, trauma, and family dysfunction, providing a non-judgmental space where clients of all ages can feel truly heard and safe.
Lisa’s approach is intentionally eclectic and tailored to the individual. By integrating the values-based work of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with the practical strategies of CBT, she helps clients foster autonomy and lasting wellness. Lisa doesn't just treat symptoms; she walks alongside her clients as they deconstruct self-limiting patterns and build a more resilient, empowered future.
