Charles Calantone, LPC, NCC
Helping people build greater confidence, flexibility, and connection.
A Grounded, Collaborative Approach to Meaningful Change
Charlie works with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, uncertain, or frustrated by patterns that no longer feel sustainable.
Charlie’s approach to therapy is practical, supportive, and tailored to each individual. He creates an environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Depending on each client’s needs, Charlie integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches to help clients better understand themselves, respond more effectively to difficult thoughts and emotions, and build momentum toward meaningful change.
