Empowering individuals and families to turn life’s challenges into opportunities for resilience.

Compassionate, Strengths-Based Care

Whether you are a parent struggling to help a child with school refusal or an older adult navigating a loss of independence, Amanda provides a clear path forward. With a career spanning school-based mental health and Director-level geriatric care, she understands the unique pressures of every life stage.

Amanda’s approach is active and practical. By utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and CBT, she helps clients move past "stuck" patterns. She is particularly passionate about the family unit, recognizing that for children to thrive, parents need to be empowered partners in the therapeutic process.

Clinical Focus:

  • The School Years: Specialist-level care for ADHD, ODD, OCD, and School Refusal.

  • Adolescent Mental Health: Navigating anxiety, depression, and self-esteem during the formative years.

  • Golden Years & Transitions: Supporting older adults through identity loss and the challenges of maintaining independence.

  • Parental Partnership: Collaborative strategies to help families build a healthier home environment.
