Bridging the gap between emotional health and academic success for the modern adolescent.

Empowering the Next Generation

Jody understands that an adolescent’s well-being is deeply tied to their environment—at home and at school. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified School Counselor, she brings a unique, 360-degree perspective to the therapeutic process. She specializes in helping teens and their families navigate the high-pressure hurdles of today’s educational landscape, including school-related anxiety, social pressures, and self-esteem challenges.

Jody’s approach is rooted in collaboration. She doesn't just work with the individual; she partners with the family to create a comprehensive support system. By integrating evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s unique needs, she empowers young people to master their symptoms, build resilient coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Clinical Focus:

  • The High-Pressure Student: Managing school-related anxiety, academic stress, and performance pressure.

  • Adolescent Mood & Self-Esteem: Targeted support for depression, low self-confidence, and identity development.

  • Family Systems: Working alongside parents to improve communication and create a supportive home environment.

  • Complex Adolescent Care: Specialized experience in adolescent addiction and co-occurring disorders.
