Jack Levine, LAC
Jack Levine is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). He earned his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder. His academic background, paired with his clinical experience, informs a thoughtful and integrative approach to therapy.
Jack has experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, relational issues, eating disorders, ADHD, and mood disorders. Jack believes that life inevitably holds both beauty and pain, and that the way we experience and navigate these moments is deeply personal. He does not subscribe to a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Instead, his goal is to support clients in developing their own unique ways of facing life’s challenges by building insight, awareness, and practical tools that promote more effective functioning in the areas they choose to bring into therapy.
Jack is passionate about his work and driven by curiosity. He centers therapy around helping clients deepen their awareness of their struggles and patterns, learning together from multiple perspectives until clarity and direction begin to take shape. His clinical approach is primarily person-centered, supported by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help guide his understanding of clients’ emotional experiences and relational needs.
