Due to the range of service offered and volume of requests, the initial scheduling process is handled over email via intake@therapyresourcesmc.com
Phone calls are available by request
Level of Care: Outpatient
Once scheduled, services are expected to begin on a weekly basis (at the same day/time) unless otherwise discussed with the provider.
Providers are generally available for both virtual and/or in-office services (individual provider availability varies).
Ages Served: Children (6yo+), Adolescents/Teens (14yo-17yo), Adults (18+)
Types of Services: Individual, Couple’s/Marital, Family, IDRC, Specialized Services
Our providers are not able to offer EMERGENCY/SAME-DAY services.

Insurance: Our providers are all in-network with most major insurance providers; to independently verify this with your insurance company, please use our group's NPI (1881936847).
Service claims are submitted directly to the insurance company; you will receive a bill from them once the claim has been processed.
For information regarding costs/benefits, please contact your insurance company for the most accurate information.
Our providers are not in-network with Medicaid plans (ex. NJ FamilyCare, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Aetna Better Health).
INTAKE PROCESS
The purpose of the Appointment Request Form is to gather any information necessary to IDENTIFY an appropriate provider and OFFER an initial appointment.
Using the details provided, we will evaluate our providers and their schedules for any appointment options that align with your needs. The details of your request can be updated at any time by emailing us at intake@therapyresourcesmc.com.
We will then get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours with either:
An Appointment Offer: As soon as we identify an appropriate provider/appointment, we will send you an APPOINTMENT OFFER via email (with follow-up by phone).
A Request Update: If we are not able to offer you an appointment within 3 to 5 business days, we will contact you with an update-- and then continue to monitor your request for the next appropriate opening.
ATTENTION: Once an initial appointment is scheduled, a set of New Client Forms must be completed for the provider to review, available through our secure Patient Portal.
