Harnessing personal strengths to build resilience through life’s toughest transitions.
Empowering the Next Generation
Sara believes that the path to wellness begins by identifying the unique strengths already present within each individual. With a Master’s degree from Centenary University and a New Jersey School Counseling Certification, Sara specializes in the complex emotional world of children and adolescents. She provides expert support for students navigating school-related issues, self-harm, and the weight of anxiety and depression, ensuring they have the coping tools to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Beyond her work with youth, Sara is a dedicated ally for adults facing the pressures of career stress and significant life changes. By blending Person-Centered Therapy with structured Cognitive-Behavioral Techniques, she fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Her goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered, using evidence-based strategies to navigate life’s hurdles with confidence.
