Bringing together twenty years of diverse leadership and clinical expertise to support clients through life’s most complex transitions.

A Broad Perspective for Meaningful Change

Pam believes that true mental health is a balance of our personal, professional, and emotional worlds. With over 20 years of experience across the fields of business, government, and education, Pam offers a uniquely sophisticated perspective on behavioral health. As a dually licensed LCSW and LCADC with a specialized focus on Co-Occurring Disorders from Rutgers University, she is an expert in helping individuals and couples untangle the relationship between anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors.

Pam’s approach is rooted in an "equal partnership." She provides a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients are empowered to set their own pace for growth. Whether you are an executive managing professional burnout, a couple struggling with communication, or an individual seeking a path out of substance use, Pam’s multi-faceted background ensures a therapeutic experience that is as practical as it is compassionate.

Clinical Focus:

  • The "Executive" Lens: Leveraging her MBA and business background to support professionals facing high-stakes stress and career transitions.

  • Dual-Diagnosis Mastery: Specialized treatment for the "co-occurring" intersection of mental health and substance use.

  • Couples & Systems: Helping partners build supportive relationships through active listening and mutual respect.

  • Educational Advocacy: Utilizing her EdM in Special Education to support families navigating unique learning and behavioral needs.
