Linda works with high functioning adult clients (21+ years) who may struggle with general anxiety, social anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, poor body image, and difficulty identifying/expressing authentic feelings. Linda also works with adult clients who have a history of disordered eating or a diagnosed eating disorder.

Linda customizes and personalizes sessions dependent upon identified therapy goals and client values. Linda teaches clients specific healthy coping skills, to be utilized when feeling emotionally overwhelmed or distressed. Specific modalities include a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic, Self Compassion Skills, Body Positivity and Somatic Psychotherapy (including body and physical movement based practices).

Positive therapeutic outcomes may include feeling more grounded, more confident, increased sense of emotional safety, more powerful by choosing healthy coping skills instead of self sabotaging behaviors, and establishing a healthier connection to mind, body, and spirit.

Linda's personal style/approach is direct, yet warm and empathetic. Linda works with clients who are motivated to change, are willing to look inward, and are willing to actively engage in the therapy process. Linda walks side by side with clients on their journey -with focus and commitment, greater emotional freedom is possible!
