Compassionate Care for Children, Teens, and Families

Katherine Paseka is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience working with children and adolescents. She earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling from The Pennsylvania State University, graduating with honors. Katherine is known for her warm, practical, and compassionate approach, creating a space where children, teens, parents, and families feel understood and supported. In addition to her clinical work, her background in research and program development gives her a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective on the therapeutic process.

Eating Disorder Recovery and Family Support

Katherine specializes in treating eating disorders, using Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for ARFID (CBT-AR). She works closely with families to improve communication, reduce conflict, and support recovery in the home environment. Katherine also partners with parents navigating complex or challenging diagnoses, offering guidance as they care for their child while also caring for themselves. Her approach is supportive and down-to-earth, helping families create meaningful, lasting change together.
