Clinical expertise that meets you where you are.

A grounded, collaborative approach to meaningful change.

With an NYU education and over 20 years of clinical experience, Christie brings depth, clarity, and a steady presence to her work. She specializes in helping adults navigate significant phases of life, including parenting, relationships, grief and loss, while also offering specialized support for those navigating generational trauma, adoption-related experiences, women’s issues, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, postpartum experiences, and disordered eating.

Christie’s approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each client’s pace. She creates a space where clients can explore difficult experiences, make sense of long-standing patterns, and begin moving toward meaningful, lasting change — all while learning to tolerate discomfort with greater awareness and compassion. Her work integrates psychodynamic theory, Somatic Experiencing, and mindfulness-based practices, helping clients address stress and trauma in both the mind and body. Whether you are processing grief, navigating disordered eating, or working to shift entrenched patterns, Christie offers seasoned guidance and a nuanced understanding of the therapeutic process.

Clinical Focus:

  • Grief and Loss: Supporting clients through the grieving process while helping them understand and integrate its impact on daily life.

  • Generational Trauma: Identifying and transforming long-standing familial patterns.

  • Adoption: Supporting individuals navigating adoption-related experiences, identity, and belonging.

  • Life Transitions & Parenting: Guiding clients through change, communication challenges, and the realities of modern parenting.

  • Women’s Issues & Fertility: Supporting women through phase-of-life concerns, disordered eating, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and postpartum experiences.
