Arlene Phillips is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She brings a warm, integrative approach to her work with individuals and couples, drawing on training in psychobiology, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Arlene supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. With couples, she uses a systems-based perspective, integrating practical tools and insights from relational therapists such as Esther Perel to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection.

In addition to her general practice, Arlene has specialized experience working with trauma, sexual health concerns, and personality dynamics. She creates a safe and collaborative space for clients to better understand themselves, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward more fulfilling lives.
