Cheryl Garodnick LPC, LCADC, ACS, CCS, NCC, ICCS has over 10 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families who struggle with open communications, respect for personal boundaries, and interpersonal relationships.  Her clients often express concern for behavioral health, substance use, and co-dependency issues that interfere with healthy family interactions.

Cheryl operates a private practice in Morristown, New Jersey.  She is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University specializing in co-occurring and dually diagnosed disorders, substance use issues, co-dependency, domestic abuse problems, and postpartum transitions.  She has experience as a Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Program Coordinator and is currently working with concentrated populations.

In her practice, Cheryl is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates evidence based methodologies and techniques to offer a personalized approach customized to each client. With empathic understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
