Kathryn Mullett is a Licensed Associate Counselor and attended St. Lawrence University for her BA, holds an MAT from Smith College, and received a Masters in Mental Health and Wellness from New York University. Kathryn is also an active member of the American Counseling Association since 2018.
Kathryn believes we are all born with unique gifts and understands the life journey may present challenges where seeking support can be beneficial. She cultivates meaningful therapeutic relationships through a person-centered approach, using applications such as psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral. With diverse experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, Kathryn integrates mind, body, and spirit to support her clients in the pursuit of a fulfilling and healthy lifestyle. She has concentrated training in substance use, co-occurring disorders, and life transition issues.
Kathryn offers her clients a safe and nurturing space to learn, grow, and heal. Maya Angelou said: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
