Jamie is a Master's Level Clinician and Licensed Associate Counselor in the State of New Jersey. Jamie has experience in outpatient settings working with individuals, families, and groups including those of various cultures, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Her current clinical focus is working with children, teens, and young adults.
Jamie is committed to helping those who are struggling with life transitions or family changes and thus experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression. Jamie provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for her clients and families to share their inner thoughts and feelings. She utilizes various modes of therapy, including Solution Focused, CBT, Mindfulness, Family Systems, and Play Therapy to help clients define and achieve their goals.
