Adam Siegel, is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). He earned his Master’s Degree in clinical mental health counseling at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he was inducted as a member of Chi Sigma Iota (CSI), the counseling honor society.
Adam provides a comfortable, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic environment, one that is grounded in mutual respect, so that clients can feel safe exploring the barriers that prevent them from reaching their fullest potential.
Using a combination of psychodynamic, existential, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, Adam helps clients gain greater insight and clarity into the choices they have made in their lives, identify clients’ strengths, and explore patterns of behavior that are no longer healthy or helpful. Clients can then begin to achieve greater meaning, understanding, and satisfaction with regard to the decisions they will make as they move forward.
Adam works with individual adults, couples, families, and adolescents, and offers treatment for anxiety, depression, life-stressors, relationship difficulties, and issues concerning self-esteem, sexual orientation, and gender.
